FAQ

  • Gates Open at 12pm (Noon) each day the music will end at 11pm. You are welcome to hang after around the campfires and enjoy the drinks, new festival friends and mountain sky.

  • No, you are able to purchase weekend passes and come and go as you please or you can purchase a single day pass and just attend that one day.

  • No, this festival is rain or shine festival. “Make memories with us”

  • Yes, day of tickets will range from $35 for single day and $80 for the weekend. Make sure to save yourself some money and buy your festival passes early.

  • Yes! There will be a great variety of food vendors plus a number of beer wagons along with a full bar.

  • We want to provide an unforgettable experience for everybody at the Reggae Rise Up Festival. Please refer to the festival map to to guide you where to enter and use ADA compliant restrooms.

  • Absolutely. Security will be at the front gate, near the stages and roaming throughout the festival grounds. They will be easy to identify and happy to help!

  • To request a photographer pass please send a photo request to info@reggaeriseup.com. The deadline for submissions will be July 28th, 2017 (3 weeks before, more time to approve when we aren’t rushed)

  • These items are “NOT” allowed!
    No weapons of any kind.
    No fireworks or explosives.
    No outside food.
    No squirt guns.
    No glass containers.
    No outside drinks (sealed water up to 20 oz is allowed).
    No alcohol.
    No illegal drugs, narcotics or drug paraphernalia.
    No coolers of any size.
    No tents, pop-ups, or canopies. These block the view for others.
    No large or framed backpacks.
    Bicycles are not allowed inside the festival grounds.
    No tailgating in parking lots.
    No refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
    No pets (except service animals).
    No unauthorized vendors allowed!!

  • Absolutely! We welcome families of all ages. Kids 8 and under are free. Strollers for children are permitted but expect them to be searched.

  • Due to safety concerns, space and viewing concerns, we are asking you to leave the tents and canopies at home. You CAN bring chairs and blankets along with small umbrellas.

  • Of course, we have a dedicated medical tent with several EMT’s to help when needed.

  • Yes, the will be a number of ATMs inside the festival grounds.

  • There will be re-entry up until 6pm for single day ticket holders. After 6pm it will be on a case by case basis, please see security at the front gate.

  • It’s preferred but in case you forget you can have the ticket on your phone to be scanned upon entering.

  • Set times will be released closer to the event date inside the Facebook event page.

  • Music, Vendors, Adult Games, Crafts, Relaxing Stations and more!

  • Music ends at 11pm so please arrive early to experience all the bands. While music is over you are welcome to hang out after and enjoy the campfires, drinks and new festival friendships.

  • Absolutely! We currently have camping set up for the night of Friday August 18th through Monday August 21st. Campsites are separate from festival passes and must be purchased in advance.
